Grading – Our Grade Policy

General Description

A       Like New condition with minor damage possible. Excellent for retail and re-sell with zero-refurbishment.
B       Good condition with small damage possible. Good for re-sell with zero-refurbishment.
C       Well-used condition with multiple damages/ small dent possible. Good for re-sell after light refurbishment.
D      Heavily-used condition with cracks and chips possible. Need to be refurbished before re-sell.
D-    Heavily-used condition with spider web-like crack. Need to be refurbished before re-sell.

Cosmetic Condition -Fair condition

1) Large amount of damage (No chips or cracks on the front glass)2) No parts missing3) No liquid damage

Functional Condition

  • – On/Off Button, Volume Button, Ring/Silent Switch
  • – Sound (built-in speaker only), Vibration

4) Screen (Burn, Spot, Liquid leakage) is possible5) No functional damage on the below points

  • – Touch Panel
  • – Power on; charge acceptance (no battery life check)
  • – Touch ID: display 4.7-inch and above (except tablets)
  • – Face ID: all models with the functionality (except tablets)

  • – Sound (built-in speaker only), Vibration
  • – Screen, Touch panel

4) No functional damage on the below points

  • – Face ID: all models with the functionality (except tablets)

Touch ID and Face ID check may not be provided in case the Home Button is damaged or any other damages cause the inspection difficulty

Grade D-

Same as D Grade
