Q1: Do you offer international shipping?
A: No. We currently only ship within UNITED SATES. International shipping is not available at this time.
Q2: Are your products brand new or used?
A: We offer both brand-new and certified pre-owned (used) electronic devices. Each product listing clearly mentions the condition.
Q3: Are your products covered by warranty?
A: Yes. Most of our products come with a 7-day return and exchange warranty. If you’ve opted for BD Benefits, your warranty is extended up to 15 days. Brand warranties (if applicable) are mentioned in product descriptions.

A: No. We currently do not offer installment or EMI (easy monthly installment) plans.

A: Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or phone. After processing begins, changes are not guaranteed.

A: No, We only deal online you can only place order on our website .

Q9: What happens if my product is out of stock after ordering?
A: If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you immediately with options: a full refund, waiting period, or a replacement product.

A: Yes. We offer pre-orders for select upcoming devices. A minimum deposit is required, and delivery times vary based on launch schedules.

A: Prices listed on our website are final. However, during promotions or for returning customers, we may offer exclusive discounts or bundles.
